Posisi: Telemarketing
Responsibilities:
* Promote our product or services via Tele-marketing to potential customers
* Maintain up to date product knowledge
* Doing follow-up of sale on existing customers
* Maintain accurate customer records
Candidates should possess basic computer skills and simple knowledge of the internet. More importantly, you must be able to converse fluently on the phone with a smile!
Requirements:
* Female
* Min. D3 from Reputable University
* Prior experience in Call Center / Contact Center / Direct sales/ Service working environment is advantageous.
* Fluent in English and able to speak a 2nd language, other than Malay, is an advantage
* Pro-active, patient, customer-oriented and has good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to learn fast and willing to take on challenge and accountability
Attractive hourly pay and incentives awaits the right candidates. Training will be provided. This is a part time position. Under graduates / entry level applications / housewife who are passionate in telesales are encouraged to apply
