BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities:

>>High quality analysis including business process and system analysis.
>>Liaising with all internal departments to gain feedback and provide solutions to any issues identified during their daily transaction.
>>Regularly review existing process flow to ensure the most effective and efficient process has been put in place.

>>Involve in reviewing and designing the new process flow of any new product or service
>>Business project involvement as the representative from the Operation at any projects arise
>>Promote risk and control awareness and compliance requirement through out the Bank Operation Division.
>>Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy & procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

>>Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university
>>Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Banking Operations
>>Having good knowledge of Banking Products, Processes and System
>>Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
>>Good communication and people management as well as interpersonal skills
>>Demonstrate high service attitude
>>Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
>>Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
>>Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office and proficiency in written and spoken English
